Kim’s experience includes investments in multi-unit residential properties, Airbnb rentals, and corporate rentals, as well as renovating homes for resale or marketing.

When it comes to her clients, there is an inherent joy in helping each one of them find a home that meets their needs and makes them happy. She also finds great satisfaction in the amazement homeowners have when they see their homes, now rejuvenated, drawing attention from admiring buyers.

Growing up with family in San Francisco and Oakland, Kim knows how special the Bay Area is and how each neighborhood is not the same as the next. She loves to help buyers discover their perfect niche.
